Delivery times
Delivery time, from order to delivery:
- Anywhere in Canada: 1 to 14 days
- 48-hour delivery: available on selected items for eligible postal codes in the Quebec City area
Shipping fees
- Free standard shipping anywhere in Canada
- No surcharge: the same delivery time applies to every order
Carriers
All our shipments go through Canada Post. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the package is handed to the carrier.
Tracking
Track your package live on the Order tracking page, or from your account. An email is sent for every status change.
Backorders
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we let you know by email. You can wait, switch to an equivalent product, or cancel for a full refund.
Bad addresses and refused deliveries
An incorrect address or refused delivery causes the package to return. Re-shipping fees ($14.99) will be charged to you. Double-check your details at checkout.
Outside Canada
We only ship within Canada for now. US expansion is being studied.
